How to Retain Us
Each service package we offer at LML is uniquely tailored to fit our client’s needs, and so the process and the costs are relatively flexible until the contract is finalized. Retaining our service involves these Four Simple Steps which will guide you through the process:
1. Request a Free Evaluation (no obligation involved).
Our Free Evaluation is designed so that you may discover your education options, and so that we may get to know you and your specific needs. We use this information to make professional suggestions to you and also to suggest the exact package that will best fit your needs. The Free Evaluation in no way obliges you to retain our services, but it a necessary step that must be taken before you may begin retaining our services.

2. Sign our Contract (beginning of our official relationship).
We will send this to you once you have requested the Free Evaluation and we know more about which exact package will best serve you.
If you have already had a Free Evaluation from us, and you know which package you wish to purchase (one including no complex or flexible elements), you may download the contract from our website at the following page: click here.
Please print the contract, fill out the appropriate information, and sign it in ink.
3. Return the signed contract and your initial payment to our offices.
Once you have signed the contract in ink, it is ready to send. Please mail it to our offices with the payment (cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, or cashier’s checks). We also accept payment by MasterCard, Discover, and Visa, and you can download and print the credit card authorization form from our website here: click here.
You may also fax in the contract and fax in the credit card authorization form (see the link above), or personally bring the contract and payment in to our offices.

4. LML will send you a signed copy of the contract in the mail, which finalizes our contract.
At this time, you have officially become LML’s client, and we commit ourselves to serving you as you begin your journey to a school in the US. The contract will be finished once we have performed the services outlined in the contract, but our relationship with you, our valued client, will continue throughout your years in the US as we continue to serve you.
